Great shot!  This is a PTC (Philadelphia Toboggan Co.) carousel.  The armored horse is very similar to one at my state fair,  that I grew up with.  But that carousel's horses are in awful condition.  They're falling apart, literally.  Hopefully this one is better cared for.
